Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Nova Collective collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Who we are

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in our form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, business name, which best describes you, and your message. We also note which page or campaign link you came from.
• Conversations. Messages and calls you exchange with us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, which cannot identify you. Neither gives us your name.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
• Business contact details. If we contact you about our services, we may use business contact details that are publicly available, such as your company website or professional profile.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, run your free growth review and arrange the call.
• To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, if you accepted analytics.
• To keep the site and our records secure, and to meet legal requirements.

We use your information because you asked us to contact you, because it is needed to agree or deliver a service, because you gave consent (for analytics), or because we have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Wix, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Meta (WhatsApp), when we talk to you on WhatsApp.
• Google, for analytics if you accept it, and for the web fonts this site uses.
• Trusted specialists who help us deliver work for you, under confidentiality.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as UAE law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage that the site needs to work, such as remembering your cookie choice and securely sending the form. Analytics cookies from Google are only set if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics runs without cookies and sees only basic, anonymous signals. You can change your choice at any time with cookie settings.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
