The free growth review

The growth review and the 20-minute call are free, with no obligation to work with us. We may decline or reschedule a request, for example if we cannot add value or have no availability. Our findings are our professional opinion based on what we can see publicly and what you share with us.

Our services

Any paid work is agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, timelines and payment terms. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement applies. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Who owns what

Your ad accounts, pages, website, WhatsApp number and the content we create for you belong to you, as set out in your agreement. The design, text and images on this website belong to Nova Collective and may not be reused without our permission.

Results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including platform rules, competition, budgets and market conditions. We commit to doing the work well and reporting clearly, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or AI recommendations.

Our work uses platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and WhatsApp, which have their own terms and can change their rules or features. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability
